We do not offer replacement or refund unless the item you purchased is defective. If you received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchased, no replacement or refund will be accepted if the date of purchase on your receipt passes our 7 days policy.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Replacement / Refund
To request for a replacement or refund, please take a picture of the goods received condition, including the receipt or proof of purchase and email to us at email@example.com. Remember to properly disposed of the defective goods.
Replacement/refund will only be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your replacement or refund request, and let you know if is accepted or not.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If a replacement is accepted, we will send you a new replacement of your order the soonest.
