Refund Policy

We adhere to a strict policy regarding replacements and refunds, which are only applicable in the event that the item you have purchased is found to be defective. Should you discover a defect in the item you received, kindly reach out to us within a timeframe of 5 days from the date of purchase. It is important to note that any requests for replacement or refund beyond this 5-day window, as indicated on your receipt, cannot be accommodated.

Damaged / Defective Item

We highly recommend that you thoroughly inspect your order as soon as it is received. In the unfortunate event of a defect or damage to the item, please notify us promptly so that we can assess the situation and take appropriate corrective action.

Replacement / Refund

To initiate a request for replacement or refund, please ensure you capture the condition of the received goods in a photograph, including the accompanying receipt or proof of purchase. Subsequently, email these details to us at lacust.sg@gmail.com. Additionally, please dispose of the defective goods responsibly.

It’s important to understand that requests for replacement or refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion. Once we have received and reviewed your request, we will notify you regarding its acceptance or rejection.

In the event that a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Please anticipate a processing period of 5-7 working days for the refund to be completed. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and reflect the refund on your account. If a replacement is deemed appropriate, we will expedite the delivery of a new replacement for your order accordingly.
